Completed Project: The project is complete and Companies have started operating from the Complex.
Large Grade-A building: Stellar IT Park has all the features of a modern Grade A building, including 100% power back up and building management system.
Modular design of spaces: Total built up space of 630,000 Sqft.Each floor plate is 51,000 sq. ft., which can be split into modules of 2000 to 13,000 sq. ft on certain areas. Also starting from 500 Sq.ft Carpet area.
Quality of Power and uninterrupted supply: Power is available from the Grid on 33 KV dedicated lines.
Green building concepts: Integrated in the architecture, the building boasts of multiple eco-friendly concepts that reduce the pressure on the environment, while at the same time lowering operating costs.
Parking: We provide sufficient reserved parking through a large double basement for approximately 900 cars. Also drop off bays are provided for public transportation.

Parking Area:

Air Conditioning:
- Central Air Conditioning with energy efficient variable speed drive centrifugal water cooled chillers (York make)
- Use of Plant Manager-Takes advantage of the lowest cost energy option, hence major power saving.
Fire Fighting:
- Sprinkler and fire detection system will be provided in the basement area and common area as per NBC norms.
- Sprinkler installation in main office area will be a part of the fit outs. All AHU’s and other ventilation/pressurization systems are operationally hooked up with fire alarm/detection systems. Stair cases and lift well pressurization systems in place.
Wash Room:
- 2 sets of Gents & Ladies Toilets on each floor
- CP fittings, Floor finishes, interiors will be the part of fit out option.
- Plumbing provision for extra toilets may be given at one / two different locations for the large floor plates.
Electricity/Telephone:
- Provision on each floor up to the shaft.
Security Systems:
- Boom Barriers with access control shall be provided for car entry and exit in the basement.
- CCTV surveillance systems for basements and will be monitored by the security staff.
